Become a Faculty Member - Faculty Programs Once you have achieved the status of Reality Therapy Certified you can attend a Faculty Program to become a Faculty Member for The Institute. The purpose of these programs is to ensure that faculty members who represent The Institute have the appropriate knowledge and skills to teach in The Institute certification process.
